The Dynaudio Core 59 is a reference-grade three-way monitor delivering unmatched clarity, depth, and power for critical studio work in stereo, surround, or immersive systems.

Dynaudio Core 59 Studio Monitor Details

The Dynaudio Core 59 is the flagship of Dynaudio’s Core Series, a no-compromise three-way active reference monitor delivering unmatched precision, power, and consistency for professional studios. Designed for mastering, mixing, post-production, and immersive applications, it combines high-end Class-D amplification, state-of-the-art DSP, and Dynaudio’s handmade Danish drivers to produce an extraordinarily accurate and fatigue-free listening experience. Its tri-amplified design supplies 500W each to the bass and mid drivers and 150W to the tweeter, providing outstanding headroom and control with flat low-frequency extension down to 36Hz (-6dB).

At its core lies Dynaudio’s renowned Esotar Pro tweeter, featuring the Hexis internal dome that optimises airflow, smooths frequency response, and eliminates resonances to deliver exceptional imaging and transient detail without listener fatigue. The 130mm MSP midrange driver reproduces the critical vocal band with astonishing clarity, while the long-excursion 9-inch woofer, powered by a 500W Pascal amplifier, delivers tight, authoritative bass. Advanced DSP processing offers intuitive control, including boundary and position filters for desk, wall, or soffit placement, tonal “Bright” and “Dark” sound balance modes, and selectable 80Hz subwoofer crossover.

Dynaudio Core 59’s unique Orbit baffle allows the mid/tweeter assembly to be rotated for horizontal or vertical placement without affecting phase integrity, while a rigid 32mm MDF baffle ensures total cabinet stability. Connectivity includes analogue and AES digital inputs with selectable sensitivity (0dBu to +24dBu), 192kHz/64-bit internal processing, and switchable SPL settings up to 112dB. Hand-built and individually calibrated in Denmark, the Dynaudio Core 59 provides the accuracy, consistency, and reliability that define world-class professional monitoring.
