During the recording of
Running Up That Hill, Kate Bush was working from a remarkably well-equipped home studio centred on a Soundcraft 2400 Series console. The studio’s combination of digital processing, a Fairlight CMI, extensive gating, sampling techniques and relatively compact monitoring made it an important part of the distinctive production environment surrounding Running Up That Hill.
