Based on the SCM110A Pro, the ATC SCM105AC Pro delivers consistent tonal balance and dynamic capability when used as a centre channel within multi-channel monitoring systems.
The ATC SCM105AC Pro is intended to integrate seamlessly with ATC 3-way mid-field monitors in surround and immersive audio environments, including 5.1, 7.1, and Dolby Atmos configurations. It is an ideal partner for SCM50A Pro, SCM100A Pro, and SCM110A Pro systems, ensuring accurate centre image reproduction and precise dialogue localisation. A symmetrical driver layout supports uniform horizontal dispersion and stable imaging across the listening area.
The monitor employs a 3-way active design using dual 234mm Super Linear bass drivers, a 75mm soft-dome midrange driver, and a 25mm soft-dome tweeter. Precision active crossovers and discrete MOSFET Class A/B power amplifiers are integrated within ATC’s proprietary amplifier pack. This configuration provides wide bandwidth, high output capability, and low distortion, allowing the SCM105AC Pro to operate reliably at high monitoring levels with excellent transient accuracy.
Balanced analogue input is provided via rear-mounted XLR, with adjustable input sensitivity and bass boost controls to accommodate different installation requirements. Protection is handled by ATC’s active FET limiter, indicated via a front panel LED, ensuring reliable operation without audible artefacts.
