Founded in 1989 by musician and sound engineer Uli Behringer, Behringer produces audio equipment for recording, live sound, musicians, DJs and broadcasting. Its product range includes mixing consoles, signal processors, studio monitors, PA loudspeakers and amplifiers. The company grew from its founder’s efforts to build equipment for his own studio, establishing an approach centred on making music and audio technology more affordable.
