The Mesanovic CDM65 is a three-way active DSP loudspeaker designed to deliver uncompromised performance, precision accuracy, and advanced connectivity in a compact, all-in-one system. Engineered for both professional studio monitoring and high-end home HiFi listening, the Mesanovic CDM65 combines controlled directivity, extended low frequency performance, and flexible analogue and wireless audio integration. Its ability to load predefined tunings, including a factory-set cardioid mode, allows the loudspeaker to adapt to a wide range of rooms and applications while maintaining consistent and reliable results.
A defining feature of the Mesanovic CDM65 is its controlled directivity design. Shipped from the factory in cardioid mode, the system actively controls sound radiation down to approximately 150 Hz, directing energy towards the listener while reducing unwanted interaction with rear and side walls. This is achieved through proprietary DSP processing that utilises side-firing subwoofers to cancel rearward acoustic energy. By maintaining directional control well below the range where traditional loudspeakers become omni-directional, the CDM65 minimises room-induced colouration and reduces the need for extensive acoustic treatment.
Precision accuracy was a central design objective for the Mesanovic CDM65. The system was developed using advanced measurement and optimisation tools, including an anechoic chamber, the Klippel Near Field Scanner, and the CEA 2034 Spinorama standard. The result is a loudspeaker with a true ±1.0 dB on-axis and listening window response, near-perfect in-room behaviour, controlled directivity, and low distortion. This level of consistency allows engineers and listeners to make confident decisions based on what they hear.
The Mesanovic CDM65 also offers integrated wireless audio capability through WiSA certification. It can receive uncompressed wireless audio from any WiSA transmitter or from the Platin Stereo Hub, supporting 24-bit audio at 48 kHz or 96 kHz and scalable configurations up to 7.1. The Stereo Hub, manufactured for Mesanovic by Platin Audio, provides a wide range of input options and DSP functionality, including room correction and manual EQ control via the Mesanovic App. Combined with its analogue input support, the CDM65 delivers exceptional flexibility without compromising audio quality.
Despite its compact cabinet, the Mesanovic CDM65 delivers extended bass response down to 36 Hz, making it a true full-range solution without the need for additional subwoofers.
