The Audient ORIA is the world’s first immersive audio interface and monitor controller designed from the ground up for multi-channel formats like Dolby Atmos, offering comprehensive support from stereo to 9.1.6 and beyond. Created for professionals in music, film, TV, game, and VR production, ORIA combines powerful calibration tools, advanced monitoring features, and high-performance audio conversion into a single, versatile unit. It delivers 16 balanced analogue outputs, 8 pairs of AES digital outputs, and 2 ADAT inputs for integrating outboard gear or interfacing with existing setups.
At its core, Audient ORIA features advanced speaker processing capabilities including per-channel trim, delay, bass management, and 8-band EQ, all managed via its onboard dual DSP architecture for low-latency operation. Calibration can be done manually or via seamless integration with Sonarworks SoundID Reference, included with a measurement mic and 60-day trial. Users can store up to 32 onboard calibration profiles, allowing for fast switching between monitoring formats and target curves, such as the Dolby Atmos Music curve or custom flat responses.
Audient ORIA also serves as an advanced monitor controller, with features like fast profile recall, global volume and delay, individual and grouped speaker mute/solo, and intuitive visual metering via its front-panel LCD, desktop software, or iPad app. The software mixer offers ultra-low latency cue mixes and direct monitoring, and full integration with the Dolby Renderer allows downmix control directly from Audient ORIA’s interface.
Two remote-controllable Audient Console Mic Preamps provide 60 dB of gain with ultra-low noise and distortion, suitable for mic, line, or instrument-level signals. Audient ORIA supports control via iPad, Elgato Stream Deck, and Avid Eucon systems, making it flexible for various professional workflows. Built with premium converters offering 126 dB DAC and 122 dB ADC dynamic range, Audient ORIA delivers exceptional clarity and mix translation.
With optional Dante integration, an all-metal 8 mm thick faceplate, silent fanless design, and a striking black finish, Audient ORIA is built to be the centrepiece of any immersive studio, offering a unique combination of audio fidelity, monitoring control, and room calibration.
