The Benchmark DAC3 HGC is a high-resolution 2-channel D/A converter designed for professional and audiophile use. Featuring the ESS ES9028PRO chip, quad 32-bit conversion, Hybrid Gain Control, UltraLock3 jitter suppression, native DSD support, and the HPA2 headphone amplifier, it delivers transparent, low-noise performance with direct connectivity to power amps and headphones.

The Benchmark DAC3 L is a high-resolution 2-channel D/A converter designed for studio-grade transparency and direct connection to power amplifiers. Featuring the ESS ES9028PRO chip, native PCM and DSD64 support, and Benchmark’s UltraLock3™ jitter isolation, it delivers pristine audio without colouration. The DAC3 L omits the headphone amplifier found in the HGC model, offering the same reference-class performance for users focused solely on speaker-based systems.

The Benchmark DAC3 B is a high-performance two-channel digital-to-analogue converter designed for professional and audiophile systems. It delivers the full sonic performance of the DAC3 HGC using the same ES9028PRO chip and quad 32-bit conversion architecture, but omits volume controls, analogue inputs, and headphone outputs.
